About PDS
PDS works with business leaders to develop and implement winning strategies. Working at board level in 'primes' and tier 1 suppliers; we are passionate about making a 'real' difference and creating value for our clients. We seek ambitious clients who share our passion and see the opportunities. We know implementing winning strategies is the key - extraordinary performance is possible in ordinary environments.
We currently have a very healthy 'sales pipe' and need to increase our number at consultant and senior consultant level to deliver our future commitments. We seek industry professionals from operations, business development, commercial or finance backgrounds to join our team, learn PDS methodologies and contribute to the development of PDS.
The Successful Candidates
Will have valuable experience in manufacturing business
Preferably in the aerospace and/or automotive supply chain
Preferably have an MBA or equivalent
Will be capable of developing an aptitude for strategic planning
May have consulting experience, although this is not essential
Must be an accomplished communicator and influencer at all levels
Must be prepared to sell the value proposition to clients
Must be a capable project manager
Must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel worldwide on assignment
